RAAF Base - East Sale- Victoria

The current Navigator Training Aircraft (NTA), RAAF Contract is for the provision by lease of a fleet of eight King Air 350 aircraft to support the School of Air Warfare and No 32SQN at RAAF Base East Sale, 3 hours east of Melbourne.

Hawker Pacific is the Prime Contractor for this 'turn key' performance based contract, providing complete through life support including:

Maintenance and configuration management under an Authorised Maintenance
Organisation (AMO)

Engineering support as an Authorised Engineering Organisation (AEO)

Logistics support including management of spares and components

This contract also included major modifications to:

Convert a civil aircraft to a specific military role

The de-modification at the expiry of the contract term

The subsequent disposal of the assets

The contract is performance based with aircraft availability critical to School of Air Warfare student throughput. Hawker Pacific has always met or exceeded the contracted availability.
