Hawker Pacific showcases Hawker 4000 and new Hawker 750 at Singapore Airshow

Leading aircraft sales and services company, Hawker Pacific, will celebrate a year of continuing expansion of its Asian operations with a strong presence at Asia’s premier aerospace event, the 2010 Singapore Airshow.

As Hawker Beechcraft’s master dealer for South-East Asia, Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific, the company will showcase the Hawker 4000 business jet plus a new addition to the range, the Hawker 750, as well as a King Air B200GT at the event.

These high performance aircraft can be viewed at Hawker Pacific’s static display area, located adjacent to the company’s chalet facilities. A team of Hawker Pacific senior management, including aircraft sales and product support executives, will be on hand to provide support.

Hawker Pacific’s Senior Vice President, Aircraft Sales & Flight Services Group, Tony Jones said: “ We have chosen these aircraft for display because they are ideally suited to the aviation needs of Asian based corporate executives.

“Our long-standing commitment to the region has provided us with valuable insight into what aircraft and support facilities are required to meet clients’ needs. It is this knowledge that also continues to drive Hawker Pacific’s substantial ongoing investment here,” Mr. Jones said.

The Hawker 4000 with its composite fuselage sets the standard for quality, performance and value in the super-midsize business jet class of aircraft. The aircraft offers a top speed of 482 knots, a range of 3,200nm, a six-foot standup cabin and one of the most advanced avionics suites in any business jet.

The new Hawker 750 is a high performance, ultra-comfortable light-midsize business jet, offering the best range and payload performance in its class. The aircraft features a large cabin with internal and external baggage compartments and state-of-the-art Collins Pro Line 21 avionics.

The new, more powerful King Air B200GT features a cruise speed of 305-knots and climbs faster to its intended cruising altitudes than the King Air B200 it replaces.

“The Hawker 750 is new to this market and should create a lot of interest. Based on further development of the superb Hawker platform, the aircraft is not only a class leader in terms of payload, cabin volume and baggage capacity but has a maximum range in excess of 2,100nm which is ideal for local requirements,” Mr. Jones said.

“To be able to fly up to six busy executives direct from Singapore to Taipei, Chennai or Darwin, the Hawker 750 has to be a great value option,” he added.

Following the Airshow, the Hawker 4000 and the Hawker 750 will embark on a demonstration tour throughout South East Asia and Australia.
